Week 10 Monday Nov 9th-14th 2009

This week we continued working around gun violence in the States with the cartoon extract from Michael Moore's documentary film, Bowling for Columbine .This we worked on in the group session. If you want to view it again, here it is :



Then, in class, we studied an article entitled Teenage Gangs Gun down the American Dream . We wrote up our summary of it together with a lot of help from Jimmy. Well done! I was very pleased about this!

Don't forget to do some research on Marie Curie for Monday's play . You are to be at the auditorium for 10.30 sharp to watch our guest actress performing . Come ready to participate afterwardswith questions for her as Marie Curie and for her as herself, the actress!
