Today we came together in 120 to the sound of Beethoven's 9th Symphony , Ode to Joy .
You had to remind us of last Friday's lesson before correcting the European crossword . Becareful when pronoucing all of those names , they can be quite difficult sometimes !
We then listened to Ode to Joy more carefully and we asked you to explain why you thought it had been chosen as the European Anthem . Of course the answer is on the written document we had already handed out ! Some of you had some good ideas ( but I do not really agree with it being restful and relaxing ) . Put them together for Friday 12 th .

We will finish off about the anthem and Europe day before starting your summer assignment evaluations .
