Week 5 Monday September 29th - Saturday October 4th 2014

Having handed you back your letters and vocabulary work we started workng on a new sequence, that of Pop Art by viewing a few pictures representing this art form. We commented on the flashy colours, the consumer goods as well as on the accessibility of this art to all.

On Tuyesday we went to the MML to do some research on a Pop Artist. In pairs next week you will have to give his/her biography, choose one of his paintings, describe it then say what inspired him to create it. Don't forget your opinion too.

Your final task will be to create something yourself, about you but inspired by an artist, of your choice of course! Start thinking about it sinc eyou will have to explain your choice and work to the rest of the class individually.

On Friday we pulled together all the odd strings in connection with our listening and certain definitions then we started on a CE document.
