Let's try Mrs Diallo style: Week 16 Monday January 13th

We started off quite well this week talking about Places and forms of Power, our third sequence. The subject is gun power, the NSA and their lobbying, the power of the word versus the harsh reality of the gun.

Monday and Tuesday went well despite the depleted numbers in class. We introduced the topic through studying a few cartoons and also by reading the Constitution of the USA, especially the 2nd amendment. We started working on a text , anticipating by looking at the title and accompanying poster.

On Friday you were not really up to it again!

Come back ready to attack next Monday, having read all the text on Bowling for Columbine.
