Week 9 Monday Nov 12th - 17th 2012

This week we viewed your sketches or video commercials then began a new sequence on REVOLT.

After brainstorming what or who we connected to this theme and explaining why we moved on to the history of the black slave sin the USA by looking at an advertiement for a slave auction dated 1789.

You were given a document about the slave states to complete and a few things to do research on such as         a) Where is Sierra Leone?
            b) Find the name of the group of women who fought for their rights at the beginning of last century.
            c) What is the difference between Apartheid and segregation?
