Let's try Mrs Diallo style: Week 24 Monday March 26th-31st 2012

This week we started in good voice by working on aznd singing In the Ghetto by the King himself, Elvis Presley. Some of you quite enjoyed the sing along even if you didn't want to admit it!

Then we became more serious and studied the results of a telephone poll, carried out by CNN on American adults, concerning the causes and remedies of gun violence among juvenile offenders in the States. The percentages of those who had given their opinions were noted and then we gave advice as to the various causes as well as certain conditions concerning the remedies.

This work will be useful in the construction of future essays you may have to do.

Then we talked about how to write an essay.

Be ready for your evaluation next week on Gun Violence, in which you will have a text with questions and a written expression, exam style!!!
