Ireland March 2011 Part 2

Then after the morning visit which we extended to the early afternoon we drove back to Bray and went to the sea front to visit the St Patrick's fair.
The next day was St Patrick's day and we started our way

back down the country to Wexford where we watched the parade. We
spent a good two hours in the town then when the festivities were over we headed for Ballinsker beach where the film 'Save Private Ryan' was shot.

The beach was enormous with nice white sand on which we played games, went searching for sea and mythical creatures and had a seashell competition judged by Bruno the coach driver. Afterwards in the short time left we drove to a typical village with lovely thatched cottages and an extremely nice atmosphere. Unfortunately everything was closed except for the fish and chip shop which a few of our group members made the most of!

I hope you all had a good experience despite all the ups and downs we encountered and will look back on your trip positively.

Don't forget the team songs you created so well and the numerous activities you accomplished.

Thank you for playing the game so well!
