Week 3 September 14th -19th

We finished listening to the summer assignment speeches for the last groups on Tuesday then started working on Europe on Friday .

By describing visual documents, postcards and brochures we found out quite a lot about the different important dates in the making of Europe as we know it today. We also discussed the motto, anthem and talked about the stars on the flag.
You have to find out why Beethoven's 9th Symphony was chosen for the anthem. We said that next Saturday, September 26th is the European day of languages.
