Week 2 September 7th - 11th 2009

This week we completed The Ten Commandments then went through the basic instructions and classroom English expressions. You will have a mini test on these next week so make sure you put everything in your head!

On Friday I asked you to view Obama's address to American students, which you can find on this blog. Try to get a general understanding of the speech as well as note down the three words you think he says most throughout.

We then moved on to our first Written comprehension exercise and once we got going some of you proved to be rather good! Your ideas and expressions were extremely encouraging and you did quite a good written summary . Don't forget to think of your opinon about the subject for next week that is to say : Would you like to have a mechanical teacher as in the text The Fun They Had or are you satisfied with us humans ? You should of course justify.
