Week 23 Monday, 9th- Saturday 14th March 2009

This week we started by going over your last written comprehension test, correcting and commenting .
In our second lesson of the week we started on the text Eveline, by James Joyce . We got out quite a bit of information in one lesson . In the third session of the week we finished off the text orally, reviewing certain structures such as wishes, regrets, comparison, contrast, past V past perfect .... and built up our vocabulary around the emotional and physical aspects of choice and dilemmas .

For homework you have to work on the specific vocabulary and do two exercises, one ordering a text linked with the main subject and the other describing a visual document, once again in connection with choice, dilemma, and gaps, especially of the generation kind !

Be ready for March 23rd . As you know I will not be in school next week since I am accompanying a group to London .
