Having done this we looked at a chart of the world's top twelve giants in the food industry and concluded that the Americans came out top . What could this reflect about their eating habits ?
Another visual document was viewed in which obese people were demonstrating but to show how proud they were of their bodies !
We pulled together all of this information using linkwords of comparison and contrast .
In the second session one group worked with the assistant around visual documents in order to build up your vocabulary on the subject and train you for your final exam whilst the others were doing a similar sort of thing with me dealing especially with genetically modified food in comparison to junk food .
In the third session, together again, we started on the text by Bill BRYSON, an American author . You have to finish this for March 23rd . As you know I am travelling to London next week with the European section .
