The review we read was by an American who obviously appreciated the film . He said it was optimistic and proved that different people of different cultures could understand each other .
Then on Friday we watched the first part of the film in which we were introduced to the main characters and their cultural backgrounds . You have to finish off the work sheet for next week .
In our group lesson we went over the link word exercise then clarified the value of the past tenses and checked over their form .
