Week 9 Monday , Nov 10th to Saturday , Nov 15th

Well you started your week with the written test on the American elections , an extract of the speech by Barack Obama after the primaries in South Carolina .

On Wednesday I gave you back this work and we went over several of the questions , as well as looking at your essay work and translation .

In the group lesson we started on the next theme entitled the Black Population in the States .
You firstly described five visual documents in detail , then gave their relationship . Your task was then to create a dialogue between one of the kids in the fifth photo and his ageing grandmother inorder to discuss the evolution of the situation of the black population seen through the eyes of a black kid or a white one . You have , in your groups , until next week to complete your dialogue . Have fun , and a nice weekend !
